Veterinary Coordinator - General Practice
How you'll make a difference:
- Coordinate between client care and clinical teams: schedule appointments, follow-up calls, request medical records
- Communicate with clients via phone and dispatch to appropriate departments
- Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing
- Experience working within the veterinary industry; customer service background, enrollment in veterinary program, or other animal industry experience accepted as well
- Cultivate a positive atmosphere, demonstrate a friendly and courteous attitude with all coworkers throughout the hospital to maintain a cohesive work team
- Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure professionalism and effectiveness in all interactions with clients and coworkers throughout the hospital
- Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions
- Able work in high stress situations and exercise good judgment as needed
Salary: $19.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience
