Veterinary Client Service Representative - Overnight
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
The Client Service Representative is one of the most important positions in our emergency/specialty practice as you are on the front lines, there to greet each client who walks in the door, setting the stage for a positive client experience. Our CSRs are ambassadors of GSVS and will be responsible for checking clients in and out of the hospital, booking appointments, taking payments, and fielding busy phone lines. This position requires experience in a fast-paced customer facing role, and while veterinary experience is preferred, we would happily train and invest in the right candidate.
About GSVS: We are a multispecialty practice with boarded veterinary specialists in Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Dermatology, Cardiology, Rehabilitation, and Ophthalmology. We have also been treating felines with hyperthyroid disease with radioactive iodine since 2001! We are also proud to have technicians here at GSVS with their VTS in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

About you:
- 1+ years experience in a client service role
- Excellent communication skills are expected as you will often act as a liaison between the clients and the clinical staff
- Ability to answer multiple phone lines
- Data entry and attention to detail
- Comfort with taking deposits and discussing financial questions with clients
- Empathy and compassion for our clients
- Ability to be discreet and professional when appropriate
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community
- Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Honesty, integrity, and a desire to learn and have fun!
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (Some holidays are required)
Salary: Starting rate of $21/hr
