Veterinary Phone Operator
The Phone Operator is an integral part of the Client Services Team, responsible for providing the highest level of quality service to our clients, referring veterinarians, and members of the GSVS team.
About GSVS: We are a multispecialty practice with boarded veterinary specialists in Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Dermatology, Cardiology, Rehabilitation, and Ophthalmology. We have also been treating felines with hyperthyroid disease with radioactive iodine since 2001!

The Phone Operator will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Providing information and support to clients
- Taking detailed information from callers, and relaying messages to appropriate staff member
- Transferring calls to appropriate staff member/department
- Scheduling appointments for all clients, ensuring correct information is obtained
- Establishing and promoting A+ relationships with clients and referring veterinarians
About you:
- 1-year preferred experience in a client service role
- Excellent communication skills are expected as you will act as a liaison between the clients and the clinical staff
- Organized
- Multi-tasker

- Proactive and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy and compassion for our clients
- Ability to be discreet and professional when appropriate

Schedule Openings:
- Wednesday – Saturday, 10AM – 8:30PM
Salary: $21/hr
